Case Management
We provide individualized case coordination to help veterans identify goals, access resources, and overcome barriers to stability. Staff work closely with each participant to support progress in housing, employment, and community reintegration throughout their stay.
Employment Readiness
Veterans receive support with resume building, interview preparation, job search strategies, and workplace readiness. These services help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment.
Life Skills Development
Life skills services support veterans in building everyday skills needed for independent living. This includes financial responsibility, time management, communication, and maintaining a healthy and stable household.
Housing Stabilization
Our housing stabilization services help veterans maintain a safe and structured living environment while preparing for permanent housing. Support includes routines, housing expectations, and planning next steps to reduce the risk of future housing instability.
Transportation
Transportation support helps veterans access essential appointments, employment opportunities, and community resources. Reliable transportation reduces barriers and supports consistent program participation and independence.
Program Supervision
Program supervision provides a safe, structured, and supportive living environment. Staff oversee daily operations, uphold house guidelines, and support participant accountability and progress.
