Meet The Founder

Marcia Wagner

Marcia Wagner is the Founder and Executive Director of Kingsley Veteran Housing, a Georgia-based nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, stable housing and supportive services for homeless and at-risk veterans. Certified in Trauma-Informed Care and PTSD Military Culture, Marcia ensures that Kingsley Veteran Housing operates with a deep understanding of the challenges veterans face during reintegration, including trauma recovery, housing instability, and employment barriers. Marcia founded Kingsley Veteran Housing to address the urgent need for structured, compassionate housing solutions that go beyond shelter — focusing on dignity, accountability, and long-term independence. Under her leadership, the organization provides furnished housing, transportation support, job placement assistance, peer support, and access to essential community resources. As a nonprofit leader, Marcia is committed to building a sustainable, transparent organization rooted in measurable outcomes, strong governance, and meaningful community partnerships. Her vision is to create a trusted pathway that helps veterans transition from homelessness to stability, self-sufficiency, and renewed purpose.

Alexa Young

The Housing Supervisor at our veteran housing nonprofit oversees daily operations of housing programs. This role involves managing staff, coordinating support services, and ensuring a safe environment for our veterans. The supervisor maintains compliance fosters community, promoting residents' well-being and empowerment. Through effective leadership, the Housing transforms lives and creates lasting impacts.
